Legislative Session

The Texas Legislature is currently meeting.  Many workers' compensation bills are being discussed including those affecting impairment rating disputes, attorney fees, court-appointed attorneys for workers' compensation appeals, and supplemental income benefits.  If you have a workers' compensation issue that you would like the legislature to consider, now is the time to call your local representatives.
